All of our accommodations are only a short walk to the water’s edge. For your convenience outdoor grills are located throughout the marina property. A fish cleaning station and freezer space is available on site. Our guests are also welcome to use the coin-operated laundry facilities. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the resort. Towels and linens are provided and dockage is available for an additional fee.
Come relax, refresh, and re-energize yourself in our oversized brick Victorian home located on Little Sodus Bay. From the minute you arrive, you will find a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The fully furnished home is located on 6 acres of bay front property is ideal for family fun either on the water or enjoying the spacious and well-maintained grassy areas. Our property is located along the Seaway trail, a one-hour drive from Rochester or Syracuse.
You are sure to fall in love with Fair Haven’s small-town flair and close proximity to local restaurants, bars, golf courses, and quaint shops. Just picture yourself watching a sunset over the bay, relaxing in a chair by the water’s edge, or sipping a morning cup of coffee on our spacious front porch. The property also includes family picnic areas, a sandy beach, campfire pits, and a children’s playground.
This 1860s brick Victorian home offers all the conveniences of a modern home. There are four bedrooms located on the second level of the house. The first room has a queen size bed and offers an antique Renaissance feel with a wooden carved headboard, and rocker. The ”hat room” also offers a queen-sized brass bed and is tastefully decorated with antique hats. A third room is decorated with an antique double bed and a flowing lace curtain. Bedroom number four is the largest room and has three single antique Jenny Lynn beds. This room also has a door that can be connected to room number one if desired. There is a large full bathroom on this floor including a shower.
The house has all the original woodwork which has been restored, including the pine hardwood floors. The main floor of the house offers a full kitchen with a small kitchen table, two more bathrooms (both with showers), a large living room, and a large dining room that seats up to nine. The kitchen includes a stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Our newly renovated and fully-furnished front porch is one of the focal points of the house.
Nearby Fair Haven State Park, which is the second largest state park in the Finger Lakes region, offers a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Ontario and amazing sand bluffs. Just a short drive away is the Sterling Nature Center, which offers hiking, nature trails, and bird watching. On weekends during July and August, you will want to check out the Sterling Renaissance Festival and be transported into a medieval village filled with shops, entertainment, and food.
